This position provides legal administrative support services to the Security Chief Officer, Operations Director, and Enterprise Security teams.

What You Will Do:
Independently provides senior-level administrative support to the Chief Security Officer and team by:
Anticipating and starting proper action to conserve supported and other team members' time by managing his/her schedule, managing direct access, and screening and responding to routine and non-routine emails and other correspondence.
Providing timely, accurate and efficient administrative support while handling a high volume workload.
Supporting the efficient management of Enterprise Security (ES) files by creating and maintaining and organized, standardized filing system to ensure that files and information therein are properly stored and easily accessible.
Organize and coordinate ES monthly meetings, weekly updates, information-sharing among team, etc.
Communicating and working with all members of the Legal Services Department and Corporate Secretary client groups by taking a team approach to problems and their solutions, ensuring effective lines of Communication exist within the directly-supported department as well as other departments.
Coordinating and scheduling of meetings and hospitality requirements, managing regularly occurring team meetings, and making travel arrangements.
Consolidating and coding of invoices, entry and management of expenses and timekeeping for the team, as well as other file management activities.
Performing other administrative / research / coordinating tasks as requested by Chief Security Officer and Operations Director.
Providing administrative technical knowledge to assist the team with technology issues.
Who You Are:
Minimum of 5 years' experience of related administrative experience
Associates degree or equivalent
Ability to handle a high workload and provide responses on short timelines
Ability to adapt and prioritize work while responding to multiple team members
Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively and exercise a high degree of common sense and business sense

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 15 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
