Description
Wray & Associates is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal with experience in civil litigation in Louisiana to
support our construction litigation and arbitration practice. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative, growth-focused

disputes that require expert testimony and the management and review of large volumes of paper documents and
electronically store information (ESI). We have available to us some of the latest legal technology in the industry. We prefer
experience with these types of programs, but training is available.

Requirements
- Support Attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
- Draft, revise, and manage legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery materials, affidavits, and
correspondence. - File documents electronically in state and federal courts compliance with court rules.
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review.
- Organize and maintain both electronic and physical case files, including key documents, evidence, and exhibits.
- Coordinate and manage case calendars, including deadlines, court dates, depositions, and meetings.
- Assist with trial preparation, including preparing exhibits, preparing witness outlines, and onsite support at court
proceedings or depositions. - Communicate with clients, witnesses, court staff, and outside experts.
- Track and report billable time using the firm's legal billing software.
- Provide administrative support and assist with various projects as needed.
- Knowledge and experience with Relativity and Trial Director is preferred.
- Some travel will be required, and remote work may be an option after the first year, or on an as needed basis to be
determined.
