Litigation Attorney. Kaufman, Payton & Chapa is seeking an experienced litigation attorney with a minimum of 5 years’ experience for its practice in Farmington Hills. We are seeking attorneys to argue motions, contest hearings, arbitration, and trials.  

Requirements

Draft, review, and approve pleadings including complaints, motions, and discovery. Must have strong communication skills, along with attention to detail and a strong commitment to client service. Candidates must be highly organized and self-motivated.
