Mogy Law NC, PLLC a  North Carolina law firm, is seeking an experienced associate attorney to join its sophisticated and growing personal injury  practice.  Candidates should have 1–4 years of real experience, with exposure to actual incourt experience. 

 Strong candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas:

Filing and drafting of lawsuits, Arbitrations, Depositions, Minor settlements, Trial work, Motion Practice and Supervision of support staff

Requirements

This position requires you to

1-Be a licensed North Carolina Attorney

2-Have prior personal injury and/ or civil litigation experience

3-willingness to take on heavy case loads

4-willingness to fight cases on behalf of clients including but not limited to having jury trials.

5-ability to work well with clients

6-ability to manage support staff
