What You’ll Be Doing:
- Craft and manage sophisticated estate planning solutions, including ILITs, IDGTs, SNTs, and Grantor Trusts.
- Advise on estate and gift tax issues for high-net-worth clients.
- Collaborate on business succession plans, leveraging your knowledge of LLCs and corporate governance.
- Provide strategic insights to preserve wealth and protect family legacies.
About You:
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Deep knowledge of estate planning and tax strategies.
- Skilled in trust drafting, including complex structures.
- Working familiarity with corporate governance.
- LLM preferred.
