What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drafting pleadings and performing legal research.
- Attending court appearances, depositions, and negotiations.
- Handling probate contests, accounting litigation, and turnover proceedings.
- Working on Article 81 guardianship matters (if experienced).
About You:
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Demonstrated ties to the Long Island community.
- Strong litigation skills in trusts and estates.
- Knowledge of Surrogate’s Court procedures and probate litigation.
- NYS bar is in good standings
