As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated attorney with at least two years of personal injury litigation experience to handle a caseload of personal injury matters from filing through trial. The ideal candidate should have strong litigation skills, a passion for advocating for injured clients, the ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with our team, and not be afraid of taking cases to trial.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial.
• Draft pleadings, exchange written discovery, conduct depositions, motion practice, trial preparation, and trial advocacy.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively for clients.
• Communicate with the clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel.
• Ensure cases move efficiently and effectively through the litigation process while achieving optimal results.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas (required).
• 2+ years prior personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred).
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) (preferred).
• Strong understanding of Texas civil procedure as well as applicable statutes and laws.
• Trial experience and motivation to try cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective caseload management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
