We are seeking a driven and experienced Litigation Attorney with at least five years of civil litigation experience who is ready to bring their advocacy skills into the field of education law, in addition to civil tort litigation. Here, your work will have a real impact on people’s lives and futures.

Requirements

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Represent clients in significant education and civil litigation matters
• Manage cases from intake through the administrative process and trial, including client meetings, research, discovery, administrative appeals and hearings, drafting pleadings and motions, and appearing in court
• Develop creative and effective litigation strategies that align with client goals
• Collaborate with a talented and compassionate legal team dedicated to excellence

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

• Juris Doctorate and active membership in good standing with the California Bar
• Minimum five years of experience in civil litigation
• Strong experience with motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trials
• Exceptional analytical, research, writing, and communication skills
• A client-first mindset and a passion for justice and advocacy

Compensation:

$150,000-$200,000 depending on experience
