We are seeking a motivated litigation attorney who wants to be a trial lawyer based in East Texas. This position offers the opportunity to handle cases immediately, with direct mentorship from experienced trial attorneys and shareholder supervision.

• Manage civil litigation cases from initial consultation to trial, with support and oversight from experienced shareholders.
• Engage in all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and preparing for and attending trial.
• Work closely with the firm’s experienced shareholders to develop litigation strategies and refine trial skills.
• Participate in case strategy meetings and receive one-on-one mentorship from seasoned trial attorneys.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Job Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
• 1-5 years of litigation experience (trial experience a plus but not required).
• Strong desire to be a trial lawyer and develop hands-on litigation experience.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
