We’re seeking a Massachusetts-licensed attorney with a strong background in health care defense and compliance.

• Responsibilities:
  Defend providers in audits, investigations, and civil fraud enforcement actions.
  Advise on compliance programs, regulatory requirements, and risk assessments.
  Draft legal documents and represent clients in administrative and judicial proceedings.
• Qualifications:
  Active MA law license.
  2–7 years’ health care defense and compliance experience.
  Strong legal writing, advocacy, and client management skills.
