Description
We are currently seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney with 1 to 5 years of experience to join our family law team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney passionate about family law who is looking to work in a dynamic environment at a respected firm. The successful candidate will represent clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, child support, and modifications.
Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Licensure: Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in family law or related legal practice, with hands-on experience in family law cases preferred.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Solid understanding of family law principles and procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with legal research and drafting of pleadings and motions.
- Ability to handle a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail.
