What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting the Trusts and Estates department in managing estate litigation and planning.
- Engaging with clients, court staff, and other legal professionals.
- Handling estate litigation tasks and Surrogate’s Court procedures.
- Collaborating with a team to provide exceptional client service.
- Contributing to the department’s growth and development.
About You:
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Licensed to practice law in New York.
- Skilled in estate litigation with experience in Surrogate’s Court.
- Strong organizational skills and a team-player mentality.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
