Davis Malm seeks an employment lawyer and litigator with three to five years of experience to work in our sophisticated employment practice. We are looking for a self-starter with a solid academic record. Candidates must possess strong analytical, communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. Candidates should have substantial familiarity with Massachusetts and Federal employment statutes and regulations, including but not limited to ADA, FMLA, PFML, FLSA, MA Wage Act, Chapter 151B, Title VII, ADEA and MNAA; employment policies and compliance; employment, restrictive covenant and severance agreements; and other employment-related topics.
