What You’ll Be Doing
- Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions, including property purchases, sales, and leases.
- Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Develop strategies to resolve disputes and protect client interests.
- Collaborate with other professionals for thorough legal support.
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice in New York.
- Have a portable book of business valued at $400,000 or more.
