What You’ll Be Doing

- Overseeing fiscal management, from budgeting to compensation.
- Managing daily operations and supporting the Managing Partner.
- Directing marketing and business development initiatives.
- Leading the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.

- Be able to do the job as described.
- Experience in law firm management and strategic planning.
- Skilled in financial oversight and understanding P&L statements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficient in HR management and employee engagement strategies.
Location: Long Island, NY- Easy to get to. Accessible to all major roads and highways
