Associate Attorney- Full Time:

Attorney admitted in New York with 3-5 years experience in all phases of professional liability defense litigation. Candidate must be experienced in attending court conferences, conducting and defending depositions, drafting and arguing discovery and substantive motions and appeals, and preparing pleadings, discovery demands, and responses.

* Offering competitive salary range between $90,000 and $120,000 based on experience, and benefits package

Responsibilities include:

        Represent clients in court and at depositions

        Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients

        Advise clients on legal issues

        Negotiate settlements for legal disputes

        Comply with all legal standards and regulations

Qualifications:

        Previous experience in law

        Familiarity with various legal documents

        Strong analytical and problem solving skills

        Ability to build rapport with clients

        Excellent written and verbal communication skills
